Tribal Partnerships & Engagement Manager

• Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with Tribal communities, organizations, and leadership across the U.S. West Coast.
• Lead community outreach and engagement efforts to help Tribal Nations access energy efficiency, housing, and clean energy programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape community-informed programs and support proposal development and partnership strategies.

This role helps Tribal communities access clean energy and efficiency programs, reducing energy poverty and advancing equitable access to sustainable housing and infrastructure.

• 4+ years of experience in community engagement, relationship-building, partnerships, outreach, or program coordination.
• Demonstrated experience working with Tribal communities, organizations, or governments, or lived experience within Tribal communities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural awareness and humility.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for in-community engagement.
