Traveler and Explorer Program Associate

• Recruit, train, and match a diverse network of travelers, explorers, and corporate volunteers for virtual exchange programs using Salesforce, Asana, and Form Assembly.
• Manage marketing nurture and email campaigns, draft and publish content, and support program outcomes measurement and reporting.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Explorer Program participants, coordinate live stream events, and create on-demand itineraries.
• Facilitate special programs like Meet the World visits and provide technical support to participants.

This role directly supports virtual exchange programs that connect K-12 youth to global travelers, inspiring the next generation of curious, confident, and compassionate global citizens by making the benefits of travel and global networks accessible to all students.

• Experience supporting experiential learning programs or educational experiences outside the traditional classroom.
• Prior experience using Salesforce, Asana, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Relentless attention to detail and a passion for producing polished, error-free writing.
• Comfort managing a large portfolio of relationships with warmth and responsiveness; passion for global education and cross-cultural exchange.

Employer-sponsored health care benefits and a 401K plan for all full-time employees. Nine-month full-time contract (40 hours per week) from August through May each program year. Fully remote position with preference for Chicago-area candidates.
