Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage investment transactions from approval through closing, funding, and post-closing documentation, ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate among Investments, Legal, Finance, Risk, Investor Relations, external counsel, and borrowers to facilitate efficient transaction execution.
  • Develop and maintain transaction management processes, workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate transaction tracking and pipeline reporting for investment team leadership.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5 years of experience in transaction management, legal operations, investment operations, financial services, fund administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with full professional fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
