Training Specialist

• Develop training materials and presentations for service techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
• Conduct hands-on and classroom training sessions for students.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Monitor training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.

This role helps ensure that water technology professionals are well-trained, leading to better service and support for water solutions that address critical global water challenges.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of training experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS 365 Apps.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary range: $86,000 to $96,000 plus bonus. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and a paid volunteer program.
