Think 100% Campaigns Manager

• Activate and execute strategic campaigns focused on climate and environmental justice, including issues like stopping fossil fuel expansion, just transportation access, and protecting clean air and water.
• Develop messaging, content, and written materials for campaigns, and evaluate research to identify viable solutions and advocacy strategies.
• Represent the organization in coalition spaces, with grassroots organizers, and elected officials, and contribute to speaking engagements to increase campaign visibility.

This role drives climate and environmental justice campaigns that center communities of color, directly challenging systemic injustices and promoting a healthy planet for all.

• 3-5 years of campaigns experience, ideally with a climate/environmental justice focus.
• Digital campaign experience preferred.
• Strong public speaking and writing skills.
• Expert project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.

Salary range: $70,000 - $94,000. Comprehensive benefits package. Remote culture with offices in Los Angeles and Washington, DC. Location-flexible with preference for Texas-based candidates.
