How to Apply for The New Product & Beta Programs Manager
at EnPhase Energy
🏢 About EnPhase Energy
EnPhase Energy is a global leader in solar microinverter technology, pioneering advanced solar solutions for a sustainable, solar-powered planet. Their commitment to innovation and clean energy makes them an exciting place to work for those passionate about renewable energy and cutting-edge technology.
About This Role
As the New Product & Beta Programs Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of beta and pre-launch programs for new Residential and C&I Enphase Energy Systems products. This role is critical to ensuring successful product launches by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and delivering data-driven executive communication for go/no-go decisions.
💡 A Day in the Life
A typical day might start with a stand-up with engineering and product teams to review beta site progress, followed by analyzing data from active programs to identify risks. You’d then meet with partners to coordinate installations, update executive dashboards, and refine processes using automation tools, ending the day by planning the next beta wave.
