The New Product & Beta Programs Manager

• Define, execute, and scale beta and pre-launch programs for new Residential and C&I Enphase Energy Systems products.
• Own the end-to-end beta execution lifecycle: define processes, contract partners, coordinate site engagement, manage timelines and risks, and deliver data-driven executive communication for go/no-go decisions.
• Continuously improve execution through automation, tooling, and AI-assisted workflows.

This role accelerates the deployment of innovative solar, battery, and EV charging products, enabling more households and businesses to generate and use clean energy, thereby reducing reliance on fossil fuels and combating climate change.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical Management, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, new product introduction (NPI), or complex beta programs, ideally in solar, energy storage, power electronics, or hardware-software systems.
• Exceptional executive communication skills (written, verbal, presentations, dashboards).
• Proven ability to operate under pressure and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.

Base pay range: $135,000 to $185,000 per year. Also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
