Mission
What you will drive
This consultancy aims to strengthen PELUM Association's communication, digital visibility, impact storytelling and positioning with donors, partners and advocacy audiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Update the communication strategy to reflect the current digital, advocacy, partnership and resource mobilisation context.
- Improve the clarity, structure, navigation and content of the website through a focused light refresh.
- Strengthen the capacity of communications focal persons to create, adapt and share digital content.
- Package selected impact stories for use on the website, social media, donor engagement and resource mobilisation materials.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required knowledge and experience for the consultancy (Lot 2 focus):
- Experience developing or revising communication strategies for civil society, development, advocacy or network organisations.
- Strong writing, editing, facilitation and coaching skills, with experience in digital communication, content planning, impact storytelling and donor-facing communication.
- Experience developing practical communication plans, templates, key messages, audience and channel matrices, and content calendars.
- Understanding of ethical storytelling, informed consent, dignity-centred communication and safe use of images.
