Solutions Engineer, NA

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate enterprise revenue growth by translating complex sustainability and building performance challenges into measurable business outcomes.
• Lead discovery sessions, deliver tailored product demonstrations, build solution architectures, and address technical objections to drive deal acceleration.
• Quantify operational savings, risk mitigation, and compliance efficiencies; support ROI modeling and executive-level business cases.

This role helps commercial real estate owners and asset managers improve portfolio sustainability, reduce operational costs, and navigate complex regulatory requirements, directly contributing to decarbonization and climate action in the built environment.

• 5–10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sustainability Consulting, or commercial real estate technology.
• Deep familiarity with commercial real estate ownership and asset management workflows.
• Strong understanding of sustainability reporting, decarbonization strategy, or building performance regulations across the US and Europe.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data integration, AI, business intelligence tools, and SaaS platforms.

Compensation: $110,000 to $140,000 annually.
