Mission

What you will drive

  • Build and maintain lightweight technical systems to ensure high usability and accurate data flow.
  • Troubleshoot system integrations and maintain uptime of essential staff tools.
  • Train, onboard, and provide daily technical support to staff and volunteers on digital infrastructure.
  • Support field, organizing, and operations teams with data management, analysis, reporting dashboards, list pulls, and turf cutting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to quickly prioritize and resolve technical issues under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript or similar coding language for writing scripts, automations, or API integrations.
  • Strong familiarity with security best practices and data privacy standards.
  • Experience training non-technical users and flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Hourly pay range of $33.65 - $38.46 per hour (non-exempt). Temporary position (mid-August to early November) starting at 20 hours/week, potentially increasing to 40 hours/week during peak season. Remote or hybrid work option available.
