- Own full recruitment lifecycle for niche technology roles (Cloud, DevOps, Architecture, Software Engineering, AI) from intake to offer closure.
- Build strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on job requirements, interview processes, and compensation.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
