Mission

What you will drive

  • Own real projects as a full member of the Technical Writing team, including building an AI-powered documentation assistant and overhauling process documentation.
  • Manage minor change requests such as terminology updates, screenshot refreshes, and broken link fixes.
  • Take primary responsibility for documentation on one product launch, from gathering requirements to publishing.

What makes you a great fit

  • Current enrollment in (or immediate graduate of) an undergraduate or graduate program in technical writing, communications, English, information science, or a related field.
  • Strong writing skillsโ€”clear, concise, and audience-aware.
  • Attention to detail and comfort working with structured content and documentation tools.
  • Interest in AI-assisted writing workflows and ability to learn new tools quickly.
