Technical Writer/Trainer

• Prepare Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals, user guides, and training materials for company products.
• Deliver technical training courses to customers in instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and classroom formats.
• Act as Project Liaison, overseeing multiple projects, managing cost and schedule, and interfacing with Project Managers, Engineering, and Customers.

This role ensures that complex rail systems are safely and effectively operated and maintained through clear documentation and training, contributing to reliable and sustainable transportation infrastructure.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical writing and delivering technical training programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven didactic skills, knowledge of teaching methods, and superior professional writing skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

Total Compensation Range (Base Salary + Annual Incentive plan): $81,577 - $104,586 (CAD).
