Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Hardware and aerospace-focused roles across Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineering, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing top talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies, and build strong technical pipelines.
  • Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through creative sourcing strategies including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to inform hiring strategies and improve recruiting effectiveness.

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for Hardware-focused roles, with a passion for strategic and high volume sourcing
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

The hourly rate for this role is $65.00 - $91.25/hr.
