Technical Publications Senior Manager

• Define and execute the long-term vision for technical publications, aligning content strategy with product roadmaps and company OKRs.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of technical writers, information architects, and localization specialists.
• Modernize content infrastructure by implementing CCMS platforms, AI-driven search, and automated publishing pipelines.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, UX, and Customer Success to integrate documentation into the user journey.

• 15+ years of experience in technical writing, with at least 6+ years managing global technical writing teams in unstructured data storage (S3 and NAS/File), SaaS, or hardware industry.
• Ability to understand complex technical architectures, APIs, and developer tools; familiarity with modern authoring tools (e.g., SDL Tridion, Git, Markdown-based workflows).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, user-centric content.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and customer feedback to iterate on content and prove ROI.
