What you will drive
- Lead system design and architecture discussions, making key technical decisions that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Contribute hands-on to codebases, write technical tickets, and drive reliable, high-quality delivery through planning, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Coach and mentor developers of all levels, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Principal Devs to shape high-impact solutions and represent engineering trade-offs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in modern web development (Python or similar) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, TypeScript).
- Experience with architectural patterns (event-driven, service-oriented, hybrid monolith/microservice) and cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP), CI/CD, DevOps.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-assisted development tools into professional software workflows.
