Technical Expert, Technical Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery and acceptance for assigned customers, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Design test plans, develop automation scripts (Python, Shell, PowerShell), and perform database validation using SQL.
• Act as primary testing focal point for customers, driving defect triage and root-cause analysis.

This role directly supports the deployment of advanced metering and grid-edge intelligence solutions, enabling utilities and consumers to optimize energy usage and accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy future.

• 15+ years overall industry experience with minimum 9+ years in system, integration, or customer acceptance testing.
• Strong scripting and automation experience (Python preferred; Shell/PowerShell acceptable).
• Intermediate database knowledge: SQL query writing, Oracle/PostgreSQL/SQL Server/EDB EPAS.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
