Technical AI Lead, CRM and Salesforce Architecture

• Lead cross-business initiatives to guide AI-enabled CRM and workflow work from discovery through rollout, ensuring focus on business value and measurable outcomes.
• Frame AI opportunities by identifying high-value use cases and translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
• Shape AI design patterns for CRM workflow agents, customer intelligence, search, and prompt patterns, while supporting responsible AI practices.
• Coordinate delivery across business and technology stakeholders, building repeatable practices and playbooks.

This role enables Prologis to scale responsible AI across business lines, improving operational efficiency and decision-making in logistics real estate, which supports sustainable global commerce and supply chain innovation.

• 7+ years in technical leadership or enterprise technology delivery with experience in Salesforce, CRM, AI, data, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and agentic workflows, including retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, and prompt patterns.
• Experience with complex Salesforce or CRM multi-module instances and adjacent data, reporting, API, automation, or AI capabilities.
• Ability to facilitate discovery, document decisions, and influence across teams; hands-on exposure to Snowflake, Customer Data Platform, data governance, and integration design.

Salary range: $128,000 - $185,000 annually (USD). Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with 50% match up to 12% of eligible compensation, generous PTO starting at 22 days per year, paid holidays, and volunteer time.
