Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years in technical leadership or enterprise technology delivery with experience in Salesforce, CRM, AI, data, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI and agentic workflows, including retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, and prompt patterns.
  • Experience with complex Salesforce or CRM multi-module instances and adjacent data, reporting, API, automation, or AI capabilities.
  • Ability to facilitate discovery, document decisions, and influence across teams; hands-on exposure to Snowflake, Customer Data Platform, data governance, and integration design.
