What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Advise Wind Composite Technicians on proper processes and instructions for composite repairs
- Develop and maintain In-house Composite Training curriculums and content, providing training to technicians
- Lead and manage composite equipment in the training center
- Support Resource Managers with project timelines and technical support, and assist with Career Advocacy Program

Required qualifications:
- Wind industry experience (3 years) and composite-related production/manufacturing/repair experience specific to wind industry (5 years)
- High school diploma required (Associates or bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong PC computer skills (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English communication skills, valid driver's license, and ability to travel up to 50%
