Technical Advisor, Composites

Core responsibilities:

• Advise Wind Composite Technicians on proper processes and instructions for composite repairs
• Develop and maintain In-house Composite Training curriculums and content, providing training to technicians
• Lead and manage composite equipment in the training center
• Support Resource Managers with project timelines and technical support, and assist with Career Advocacy Program

This role supports the renewable energy sector by ensuring proper composite repairs and training for wind turbine technicians, contributing to more efficient and reliable wind energy infrastructure.

Required qualifications:

• Wind industry experience (3 years) and composite-related production/manufacturing/repair experience specific to wind industry (5 years)
• High school diploma required (Associates or bachelor's degree preferred)
• Strong PC computer skills (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent English communication skills, valid driver's license, and ability to travel up to 50%
