Mission
What you will drive
- Own the technical relationship with LATAM customers, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of PVcase products.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, managing a book of customers and coordinating issue resolution.
- Drive healthy adoption, net retention, and churn targets while presenting executive business reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) and provide customer feedback to improve products.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, solar design software, and/or GIS development platforms.
- 3+ years design experience in the utility-scale solar sector preferred.
- Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
