Team Leader

• Lead the operation and development of the Chemistry and Stability department.
• Schedule team activities, conduct batch audits, and perform technical/data review.
• Support client communications, resolve quality issues, and lead root cause analysis.
• Oversee CAPA, change controls, equipment calibration, and continuous improvements.

This role ensures the quality and safety of products through rigorous testing and compliance, contributing to public health and environmental protection.

• Experience in leading a chemistry or stability department.
• Strong technical and data review skills.
• Ability to manage client communications and audits.
• Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality risk assessments.

39 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:15 (4 days), 09:00 - 17:30 (1 day). No sponsorship offered.
