Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and develop a small team of Customer Success Managers through coaching, 1:1s, and enablement.
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from adoption to renewal and expansion.
- Act as escalation point for customer risks and issues, partnering cross-functionally to resolve challenges.
- Operationalize customer success processes, including playbooks, forecasting, and engagement standards.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in B2B SaaS serving enterprise customers.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading CSMs, formally or as a senior peer.
- Strong track record owning renewals, retention, and expansion across a book of business.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
