TC Product Manager

Core responsibilities for this role include:

• Own and drive the global product vision, strategy and roadmap for temperature control products including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, steam generators, hot water boilers
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from business case development and CAPEX approval through to launch, in-life performance and product succession
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, suppliers and regional teams to ensure products are delivered on time, to cost and to quality
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, balancing regional requirements with central standards to maximise utilisation, reliability and return on capital

This role helps bring energy to the world by ensuring temperature control products deliver strong commercial returns while meeting customer needs across regions, supporting everything from world-class events to mining operations and remote communities.

Required qualifications and experience:

• An experienced Product Manager or Portfolio Leader with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a competitive, commercial environment
• Commercially strong, with experience owning business cases, CAPEX decisions and ROI outcomes
• Technically credible, with experience in engineered, asset-intensive or industrial products (e.g. HVAC, energy, power, industrial equipment)
• Comfortable leading and influencing global, cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
