Mission
What you will drive
- Champion candidate love by ensuring fast, kind, and human responses throughout the hiring process, tracking response times, ghosting, feedback themes, and escalation trends.
- Improve the talent tech stack (Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, Slack, etc.) to make tools faster, smarter, and more human.
- Build strong reporting and insight across the talent tech stack, providing useful data to the Head of TA and business for better hiring decisions.
- Improve processes and AI across the hiring workflow to help recruiters spend more time with humans and less time on admin.

Profile

- Deep care for candidates and candidate experience.
- Recruitment ops experience, ideally in a fast-moving, high-volume or global business.
- Brilliant understanding of ATS systems, especially Lever or talent tooling.
- Reporting and data skills to turn messy info into useful insight and clear action.
