What you will drive
- Lead assessment, redesign, documentation, and implementation of a modernized recruitment operating model.
- Maximize utilization of ADP Recruiting Management by optimizing workflows and reducing manual work.
- Develop updated SOPs, process maps, and templates for standardized recruitment processes.
- Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to ensure sustainable improvements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 7 years of experience in process and systems design in a talent acquisition context.
- Expert-level knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including DEI integration.
- Expert-level proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in change management.
