Talent Acquisition Process Design Consultant

• Lead assessment, redesign, documentation, and implementation of a modernized recruitment operating model.
• Maximize utilization of ADP Recruiting Management by optimizing workflows and reducing manual work.
• Develop updated SOPs, process maps, and templates for standardized recruitment processes.
• Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to ensure sustainable improvements.

This role will help Amnesty International USA streamline its hiring processes, enabling the organization to more effectively recruit talent to advance human rights work globally.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in process and systems design in a talent acquisition context.
• Expert-level knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including DEI integration.
• Expert-level proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred).
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in change management.
