What you will drive

  • Lead assessment, redesign, documentation, and implementation of a modernized recruitment operating model.
  • Maximize utilization of ADP Recruiting Management by optimizing workflows and reducing manual work.
  • Develop updated SOPs, process maps, and templates for standardized recruitment processes.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to ensure sustainable improvements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in process and systems design in a talent acquisition context.
  • Expert-level knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including DEI integration.
  • Expert-level proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in change management.
