Talent Acquisition & People Operations Senior Associate - Contract

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Support team member lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, and serve as a point of contact for People & Culture policies and HRBP support.
• Contribute to People & Culture initiatives, including engagement activities, training, and culture-building programs.

This role directly supports Tradewater's mission to combat climate change by attracting and retaining talent that drives the collection and mitigation of superpollutants, accelerating global warming solutions.

• 4-6 years of progressive experience in HR, People & Culture, or Talent Acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Experience partnering with managers on employee relations, performance management, and team member experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Contract position with potential to transition to full-time. Remote work with less than 10% travel (including international). Equal opportunity employer.
