Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager role at Advanced Research + Invention Agency (ARIA) is a critical position responsible for hiring world-class talent to drive the organization's mission forward. The successful candidate will be part of the People Operations team, which delivers a high standard of people service to the ARIA team, creates a supportive and engaging culture, leads on ED&I initiatives, and consistently looks for ways to empower each individual. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring that ARIA attracts and hires the best talent. This role will also involve working closely with the Executive Office, Delivery Office, and other functional teams to drive improvements in how ARIA works.

This role helps build ARIA's team to advance groundbreaking research and innovation that can create positive societal change.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Ability to manage full-cycle hiring processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation: £50,000 per year. Employment type: Permanent full-time position with hybrid work arrangement in London.
