  • Source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting data in the applicant tracking system (Lever)
