Systems Engineer, Field Services

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, high-impact incidents beyond standard field support scope.
• Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on hardware, software, firmware, and network failures, delivering structured post-mortems with corrective action plans.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design and implement targeted enhancements addressing recurring field issues at scale.
• Oversee end-to-end production activation of newly installed units and support staged software/firmware updates across fleets.

This role ensures the reliable operation of computer vision systems that help transit agencies accelerate bus service, enhance street safety, and reduce emissions, directly contributing to more sustainable and efficient urban transportation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or technical support.
• Advanced experience troubleshooting and configuring Windows and Linux-based endpoint devices and networked systems.
• Expert-level comfort with JIRA, Smartsheet, Excel, and Google Sheets for data analysis and project tracking.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities.
