Supply Chain Performance Engineer

• Review and manage PPAP submissions to ensure compliance with design, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve documentation gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Track PPAP status, escalate risks, and support audits and product launches.

This role ensures supplier quality and compliance, contributing to the safety and reliability of access equipment used in construction and industry, thereby supporting worker safety and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in quality, supplier quality, or PPAP coordination.
• Working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality/document management systems.
