Mission
What you will drive
- Own the full lifecycle of Technovation's student leadership ecosystem (Student Ambassador, Lead Student Ambassador, and Student Club Leader programs), including recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, support, performance tracking, and end-of-season recognition.
- Serve as the primary steward of student voice by designing and running feedback mechanisms (pulse surveys, listening sessions, focus groups) and synthesizing insights to inform program, curriculum, and planning decisions.
- Design and iterate on leadership curriculum and skill-building content, and build scalable systems and trackers to support 300+ student leaders across 68+ countries.
- Partner with Chapters and Clubs to aggregate local student voice and ensure regional, cultural, and resource-context differences are represented in organizational decision-making.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience managing programs or communities with a global, multi-stakeholder participant base.
- Experience designing and running feedback, listening, or light research mechanisms (surveys, focus groups, advisory structures) and synthesizing input into actionable insight.
- Strong written communication skills with ability to adapt tone for youth audiences, internal teams, and organizational leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain systems and trackers that keep programs running smoothly at scale, and comfort working asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones.

Full-time remote position with U.S.-based preferred but open to similar time zones. Salary range within U.S.: $60,000 – $65,000; international salary determined by location, experience, and local norms.
