Mission
What you will drive
- Lead student outreach and engagement through social media campaigns, personal outreach, and campus events to increase scholarship applications and build affinity with the Foundation.
- Manage the full lifecycle of scholarship programs including application, review, selection, disbursement, and reporting, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Steward donor relationships and collaborate with PASSHE universities and community organizations to promote scholarship impacts and improve offerings.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of experience in student success, scholarship administration, college access, academic advising, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Demonstrated social media engagement on young adult platforms; experience with CRM systems, scholarship management tools, or student data platforms.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse students including first-generation, low-income, and nontraditional learners; commitment to equity and inclusion.
Benefits
