Student Engagement & Scholarship Manager

• Lead student outreach and engagement through social media campaigns, personal outreach, and campus events to increase scholarship applications and build affinity with the Foundation.
• Manage the full lifecycle of scholarship programs including application, review, selection, disbursement, and reporting, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Steward donor relationships and collaborate with PASSHE universities and community organizations to promote scholarship impacts and improve offerings.

This role directly increases post-secondary opportunity, affordability, and career success for students in Pennsylvania, particularly those from underserved backgrounds, by managing scholarships and building relationships that support degree attainment and career readiness.

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of experience in student success, scholarship administration, college access, academic advising, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Demonstrated social media engagement on young adult platforms; experience with CRM systems, scholarship management tools, or student data platforms.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse students including first-generation, low-income, and nontraditional learners; commitment to equity and inclusion.

Remote work environment; Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm with occasional evening/weekend events; regular regional/state-wide travel (~10-20%). Pennsylvania residency required. Salary not specified.
