Strategy + Planning Lead

• Enable the development, coordination, and delivery of SP Energy Networks' strategy and priority initiatives.
• Provide insight into performance, risks, impacts, and financial implications.
• Manage SPEN headcount and consolidate Long-Term Outlook submissions.
• Coordinate and produce high-quality inputs into ScottishPower and Iberdrola governance, including Board papers and Management Group updates.

This role directly supports the transition to net zero by shaping the strategic initiatives that enable SP Energy Networks to build a sustainable, reliable electricity network for the future.

• Experienced strategic professional with strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced PowerPoint capability.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and work across cross-functional teams.
• Relevant degree in business, finance, or related discipline; Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
