Strategic Sourcing Specialist

• Execute sourcing and procurement activities across ERMCO's 11-site enterprise, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs for direct materials and services.
• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals to optimize costs, reduce risk, and enhance value delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality) to ensure supplier performance meets technical and quality requirements.
• Conduct market analysis, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes.

This role supports grid modernization and energy transition by ensuring reliable, high-quality materials for distribution transformers that power homes and businesses, contributing to resilient and sustainable power infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within manufacturing or technical industry.
• Proven track record in supplier management, contract negotiation, and supply chain risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and ERP system experience (Infor LN preferred).
