Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and manage key accounts for utility-scale PV and BESS opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with IPPs, EPCs, developers, utilities, and other key decision-makers.
  • Execute complex solutions selling at the executive level to drive technology alignment and forward roadmap development.
  • Own and manage monthly pipeline business forecast and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in a commercial or technical field required; master's degree or post-graduate certification in renewable energy preferred.
  • 5-10 years of successful sales or business development experience in advanced technology industries with strong engineering understanding.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex customers in cross-functional matrix environments with lengthy sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce, SharePoint) required.
