Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute strategic campaigns focused on building power for higher education workers, incorporating capital strategies.
- Monitor emerging developments relevant to capital strategies and identify opportunities for campaign escalations.
- Foster relationships with coalition partners and represent AAUP to other labor unions and advocacy organizations.
- Conduct workshops for AAUP members and chapter leaders, and brief field staff on campaign priorities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Five or more years of work experience in a similar role with demonstrable success designing and implementing strategic campaigns.
- Experience working with digital research tools and superior written and oral communication skills.
- Associate degree required; BA or advanced degree preferred.
- Commitment to racial equity and ability to travel domestically several times per year.
