What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Cultivate direct relationships with CMOs and Global Media Leads to become a trusted advisor in their transition to agentic media execution.
  • Scale the agentic ecosystem by driving adoption of agentic buying across the full media mix, including Social, CTV, Audio, DOOH, and Linear TV.
  • Architect strategic partnerships by developing and executing Joint Business Plans that focus on long-term value and integrated execution models.
  • Collaborate with agentic product teams to ensure the exchange evolves in lockstep with the needs of the world's largest spenders.

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years in AdTech/MarTech enterprise sales or account management with experience selling into large brands or agencies.
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining multi-million dollar relationships with global enterprise brands and closing complex deals.
  • Deep expertise across the media spectrum (Social, CTV, Audio, DOOH, Linear TV) and understanding of how these channels are converging.
  • AI-native thinker who understands the fundamental shift toward agentic systems and can explain complex concepts to C-suite stakeholders.

What's in it for you

Compensation: $275,000-$350,000 OTE (base + variable). This is a remote role with frequent in-person collaboration in New York City Metro area.
