How to Apply for Strategic Account Director
at SPAN
๐ข About SPAN
SPAN is a mission-driven company enabling electrification for all by designing intuitive home energy interfaces that simplify clean energy adoption. They focus on decarbonization, electrification, and grid resilience, making a tangible impact on climate change. Working here means contributing to cutting-edge solutions that replace fossil fuels and empower homeowners.
About This Role
As a Strategic Account Director, you will own and grow partnerships with SPAN's largest nationwide installer partners, driving both tactical operations and strategic program management. You'll be the key liaison between SPAN and these partners, ensuring successful execution and expansion of partnerships that accelerate electrification adoption. This role is critical to scaling SPAN's reach and impact in the clean energy market.
๐ก A Day in the Life
You might start your day with a check-in call with a key installer partner to address operational issues, then shift to a strategy session with SPAN's product team to align on new features that support partners. Later, you could analyze partnership performance data to identify growth opportunities and prepare a proposal for expanding a program. The role blends relationship management, problem-solving, and strategic planning to drive mutual success.
