Mission
What you will drive
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to ensure successful execution, growth, and retention of vendors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs; report on sales performance and growth opportunities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid experience developing and managing client relationships; strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven; comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling business.
- Experience within Sales, Finance, Solar, or electrical is highly advantageous.
