Stakeholder + Community Manager (Fixed term till October 2027) 

• Develop and implement project-level stakeholder engagement strategies to enable positive engagement from project inception onwards.
• Build, sustain, and own long-standing relationships with key stakeholder groups (community, government, industry) across the full project lifecycle.
• Negotiate, implement, and monitor community benefit agreements or other community investment models between SPR and local stakeholders.
• Ensure stakeholder events (Public Information Days, Public Inquiries, community consultations) are appropriately planned and executed.

This role directly supports the transition to renewable energy by facilitating community acceptance and positive planning outcomes for wind and other renewable projects, contributing to Net Zero goals and local economic development.

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g., public relations, stakeholder engagement).
• Significant experience working in the Renewables sector with detailed understanding of the key phases of the project lifecycle.
• Significant experience in stakeholder engagement, public relations, or project liaison roles.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with ability to influence, negotiate and advocate across internal/external stakeholders.

Salary from £59,200, up to 15% bonus and health cover.
