Stakeholder and Comm Engagement Manager

• Develop and deliver short, medium and long term plans to promote the SP Energy Networks brand and alignment with local communities and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver strong internal and external communications strategies to ensure key messages are delivered in a tailored and timely way to key audience groups.
• Lead the development, and evaluate the effectiveness, of appropriate stakeholder forums, meetings and special events that support outperformance of stakeholder engagement and communications objectives.
• Promote continual performance improvement and encourage integration of innovation to support the execution of stakeholder and communication strategies that result in outperformance of regulatory obligations and incentives.

This role directly supports the transition to Net Zero by engaging stakeholders and communities in the development of renewable energy networks, ensuring sustainable and secure electricity for future generations.

• Professional qualification in Business / Consumer Studies, or equivalent qualification and / or experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer management skills demonstrated in previous role
• Proven experience in a comparable managerial role
• Computer literacy (MS Office Package)

Salary starting from £66,000 per annum plus up to 20% annual bonus, car allowance (£450pcm) and family healthcare cover.
