Staff UX Designer

• Own product design for consumer end-user software end to end: mobile apps, websites, and web applications.
• Take products from 0 to 1, including greenfield projects with minimal direction.
• Run product explorations, pressure-test directions, and refine based on user feedback.
• Raise the bar on craft across the org through your own work and feedback.

This role directly shapes the user experience of sustainable air mobility products, making aviation more accessible and environmentally friendly.

• 8+ years of product design experience minimum (12–15 preferred).
• Proven 0→1 experience: built first versions of products, not just iterated.
• Strong systems thinking across mobile and web.
• Comfort with ambiguity and minimal direction.

Base pay between $175,000 and $215,000 annually. Archer offers a pay-for-performance culture, equity, and benefits. The team is a ~100-person software org with startup-like ownership and resources of a larger company.
