Staff UI UX Designer

• Design digital interfaces and internal desktop tools for manufacturing and aircraft assembly, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows and polished, on-brand interfaces, contributing to the design system.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specs to support rapid engineering iteration and validation.
• Partner with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain visual UI quality across browsers and devices.

This role directly contributes to advancing sustainable air mobility by designing intuitive interfaces that streamline manufacturing and assembly processes, accelerating the development of all-electric aircraft that reduce carbon emissions and noise pollution.

• 5+ years in a senior or staff-level Designer role with a portfolio of result-driven case studies.
• Proven track record designing SaaS products and complex technical interfaces, ideally for enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe) and producing high-fidelity prototypes.
• Strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and information architecture.

• Base pay range: $170,000 - $215,000 annually.
