Staff Technical Recruiter

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from role definition and sourcing through interviewing, coordinating and offer negotiation.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to shape role requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
• Build and refine systems, processes, brand, and network to scale recruiting.
• Use data and feedback to continuously optimize hiring practices and improve outcomes.

This role directly builds the team that enables Overstory to prevent wildfires, reduce power outages, and accelerate the transition to a safer, more resilient electrical grid, tackling the climate crisis.

• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech startups.
• Proven track record closing hard-to-find technical talent, including specialized roles like machine learning engineers.
• Experience building systems and tooling to scale recruiting in international, remote-first environments.
• Tech savvy with ability to apply AI to make recruiting more effective.
