Staff Survivability and Operations Analysis Engineer

• Serve as a member of the Archer Defense and Advanced Programs organization.
• Incubate, market, capture, and execute advanced programs (technical, cost, and schedule) applied to the Archer Defense portfolio.

This role contributes to advancing sustainable air mobility by developing defense applications for all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, reducing noise and emissions in aviation.

• 6-10 years’ experience in aerospace or related field.
• Minimum BS in engineering, computer science, physics, or math (MS or PhD desired).
• Experience with survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics), ASE, mission systems, and operations analysis using AFSIM.
• Must be US citizen and possess or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Base pay range of $130,800 - $179,900 per year. Pay-for-performance culture. Equal opportunity employer.
