Staff Software Engineer - Frontend

• Define and own the front-end architecture for AI-native product surfaces, including streaming interfaces, agentic workflows, and model-assisted UIs.
• Establish patterns for integrating LLM APIs and real-time data streams into production front-end systems.
• Drive architectural decisions balancing scalability, performance, and developer experience.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices through code reviews and technical leadership.

• 4+ years of front-end engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building reusable frontend SDKs or internal libraries for AI patterns (streaming, reasoning, tool calling, HITL) preferred.

Salary range in the US: $129,000 - $207,000. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
