Staff Program Manager - Spain

• Manage projects from customer purchase order through completion, overseeing all phases including design, construction, and deployment
• Drive projects to meet customer contractual requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams and resolving issues
• Own project Management of Change (MoC) and Request for Information (RFI) processes, manage schedules, budgets, and risks
• Conduct fabricator and site visits, onboard external resources, and communicate updates to leadership

This role directly contributes to decarbonizing heavy industry by delivering green hydrogen from renewable electrolysis, replacing fossil fuels and reducing global carbon emissions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience leading plant projects in petrochemical refining, renewable energy, gas processing, or power systems through full lifecycle
• Experience as primary customer point of contact for major equipment or plant projects; understanding of EU project execution requirements
