Staff Product Manager, Machine Learning

• Own the roadmap for Vegetation Intelligence, spanning from ML models to customer-facing products.
• Push detection models further and integrate outputs into broader risk models.
• Run user research to ground product priorities in customer decisions and drive actionable insights.
• Shift roadmap from technical-led to customer-driven while maintaining technical rigor.

This role directly prevents wildfires and power outages by improving vegetation risk detection, helping utilities build a safer, more resilient grid and accelerating climate action.

• 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping ML-powered products, able to discuss model performance with data scientists and ML engineers.
• Experience turning technical-led roadmaps into customer-driven ones, including user research.
• Experience in fast-paced startups, B2B products, and leading product strategy with cross-functional consensus.
