Staff Product Manager

• Develop and maintain multi-year DC Fastcharger product feature roadmaps and standards for charging sites.
• Drive proactive research, planning, and execution for new product releases, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX, and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery of high-quality charging sites.
• Use data to monitor product and site performance, identify improvements, and maintain competitive benchmarking.

This role accelerates the mass adoption of electric vehicles by ensuring EVgo's charging network delivers a best-in-class customer experience, contributing to a sustainable, all-electric future and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in product development, preferably in EV charging or related industry.
• Ability to work cross functionally and in a high-pressure environment with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership; exposure to engineering, manufacturing, and construction environments a plus.

Competitive base salary ($128,200 - $160,200 USD), discretionary target cash bonus, restricted stock units, comprehensive benefits including health, life, disability insurance, unbounded paid time off, parental leave, and 401(k). Fully remote position.
