Staff Product Manager

• Develop and maintain multi-year DC Fastcharger product feature roadmaps and standards for charging sites.
• Drive proactive research, planning, and execution of new product releases, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UI/UX, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-quality charging sites.
• Use data to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

This role accelerates the mass adoption of electric vehicles by ensuring EVgo's charging network is convenient, reliable, and affordable, directly contributing to reduced greenhouse gas emissions and a sustainable transportation future.

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in product development, preferably in EV charging or related industry.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience presenting to senior leadership.

Competitive base salary ($128,200 - $160,200 USD), discretionary target cash bonus, restricted stock units, comprehensive benefits including health, life, disability insurance, unbounded paid time off, parental leave, and 401(k).
